Household of Faith Christian Fellowship

In keeping with the ongoing vision of Household of Faith Christian Fellowship, where the focus of ministry is associated with 1)Young people, 2)Families and 3)Spiritual Warfare; our desire is to place our spiritual and natural resources on God’s number one priority for this church.  Our children, preteens and young adults will require the support of our “church village” in order to be “raised right” in God’s Kingdom.

The Lord has given the leadership of our church a Scriptural mandate to “...suffer (allow, encourage and enable) the little children to come unto Him…")[Mark 10-14]  We take this to mean more than just not forbidding them to attend church.  Our intention, rather, will be to aggressively Pray, Plan, Participate and Pay.  All members, especially our leaders, must lift our young ones up to The Lord by name on a weekly basis.

Our church's yearly agenda will place emphasis on activities and ministry that builds them up.  When such activities and ministry go forth, we all should have some part in them.  Lastly, as our church giving consistently rises to the level encouraged by The Holy Spirit, no program for our young people should lack the necessary money to allow God’s glory and their talents to shine through.  Bible, singing, dancing, drama, church work, witnessing, and visitation must be taught at spiritual, intellectual and practical levels.

This is where God’s generational purpose is put into motion within any Holy Spirit filled church body.

Earlier this year, The Lord confirmed His Apostolic assignment, and spoke, “You have your orders; execute them.”  He also gave alert to a move of His Spirit within our midst; “There is an opening in The Spirit: A fresh wind of The Holy Spirit.”  Among many other things, His prophetic utterance confirmed a 25 year old word of promise concerning “secret things that He would share with us.”  One such secret was revealed to me within the past two weeks.  Briefly, after repeatedly showing me the number 444 in so many places and ways, I was led to Isaiah 44:4(MSG Bible); “THEY SHALL SPROUT LIKE GRASS ON THE PRAIRIE, LIKE WILLOWS ALONG-SIDE CREEKS.”  This verse within the context of the first eight verses speaks to my spirit of hope and the transforming power of The Holy Spirit!!!  Household of Faith is bless with many such “little sprouts,” who will be at the forefront of a great and mighty move of God within this Metroplex and way, way beyond!!

Surely, the Church’s future is these young souls.  Are these not the sons, soldiers and servants of tomorrow?   I see the “seeds” of the “plantings” of The Lord God in our midst.  GROW THE CHILDREN; GROW THE CHURCH
